Public Notice of Summer Schedule

The Stafford County School Division's operating hours for the 2010 summer months will be as follows:
All schools will be from 7 am. to 4 pm. Monday through Thursday.
All central offices will be open from 8 am. to 5 pm. Monday through Thursday.
All schools and offices will be closed to the public on Friday.

     New student registrations are done by appointment only.
     Please call the counseling office for an appointment (540) 658-6080 ext. 1282.

Black-Hawk Flight School

All freshmen are invited to attend

Flight School, a workshop and orientation for rising Brooke Point freshmen, on Wednesday, August 25 from 10:00 am – 1:30 pm sponsored by the Brooke Point Top Hawks. Activities will include an assembly with a dramatization and a media presentation, a scavenger hunt, an informational chat session, team building games, a pizza lunch and a pep rally. Parents are invited to join us at the pep rally at 1:00. Please pre-register during the week of August 16-20 by calling Brooke Point at 658-6080 or by e-mail at bphsflightschool@yahoo.com. Limited registration between 9:00 and 9:45 on the day of Flight School will be offered at the door for those unable to pre-register. Freshmen students will be provided with their 2010-2011 class schedules and locker assignments.

Flight School t-shirts will also be available for pre-order pick-up or purchase. The t-shirt is red tied-dye with the below design on the front.

New Meal Prices:
Elem lunch $2.15, Middle and High $2.25, Adult $2.90.   Breakfast is $1.20 for all students and $1.55 adult .   Milk will be .50

Discount Software for Students and Staff

SCPS has established a K-12 student and staff software purchasing program through JourneyEd. This program allows for any student (parent/guardian) or staff member to purchase software at a significantly lower price than found in most retail environments. Click HERE if interested.
